No, you do not need to create an account to place an order but it is strongly recommended that you do! That way you don’t have to enter your shipping and billing information every time you want to place an order. What shipping methods are available?

All products are shipped within the United States are mailed USPS Priority. Should you desire an alternative or expedited shipping method, please contact us at info@wingsntails.com or through our contact form here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Orders shipped outside of the United States are mailed by USPS Priority Mail International, which provides reliable and affordable international delivery in 6-10 days to more than 180 countries.

How long will it take to get my package?

Items shipped with the United States will arrive within a minimum of 5 business days and those shipped internationally will arrive within a minimum of 14 business days.

It’s been more than two weeks and I still haven’t received my package. What should I do?

RETURNING

What is your return policy?

Any item in re-sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of the original order placed for a full refund of the item’s cost minus shipping charges. Simply contact us at info@wingsntails.com or through our contact form here and we’ll provide you with the return address for the item you ordered.

The item I ordered arrived broken. What should I do?

If the product you ordered is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of item receipt to receive a replacement item or full refund. Simply send us a description of the issue along with a photo of the item to info@wingsntails.com.

What if I’m allergic to the product I ordered?

Don’t worry! If you haven’t used more than 1/3 of the full product, you can return the unused portion for a full refund. We’ll even pay the return shipping! Just contact us at info@wingsntails.com or through our contact form here to get the ball rolling.
